Saltbox Cabin

We harvested a stand of oak-wilt killed red oak for the roughsawn timbers for this timberframe cabin. Glenville Timberwrights cut the joinery and erected the frame and Eric Nelson poured the mineral-loam infill walls and finished the interior with earth plaster and the exterior with a hydraulic lime plaster. Walnut door by Bryan Butteris.
